Biography
Brooke Daley is a seasoned compliance leader who, as a US-trained, London-based attorney, has established a niche building out global compliance programs for US-headquartered multinationals across a variety of sectors. Brooke is currently the VP, Ethics & Compliance for Warner Bros. Discovery, responsible for WBD’s international businesses. Prior to WBD she held similar roles with Amazon and Zimmer Biomet. Before transitioning in-house, Brooke worked in private practice, specializing in white collar corporate defence, internal investigations and compliance.
