Biography

In-house Legal Executive with over twenty years of experience leading legal functions in international pharmaceutical companies across Brazil and Latin America. Currently serving as Senior Director of the Legal Department at Astellas Pharma, responsible for strategic and multidisciplinary legal initiatives throughout Latin America. Areas of expertise include license and distribution agreements, business law; healthcare and life sciences regulation; public law; intellectual property; civil litigation; competition law; legal risk management; market access initiatives; strategic partnerships; government contracts and partnerships (including public development partnerships); strategic disputes; and compliance. Education: Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie; Postgraduate degree from FGV-SP; Master’s candidate at IDP-SP.
