Biography

Jaryd is a corporate partner, specialising in complex cross-border and domestic private equity M&A and GP-stake transactions. His clients include international institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, founders, corporates and investee companies. Jaryd advises on a full range of PE transactions including leveraged buyouts, minority deals, co-investments, divestments and carve-outs as well as GP-stake deals including, minority and majority GP-stake M&A and GP-led & LP-led secondary transactions.
