Biography

Judy Lo is a corporate and transactional lawyer at Lee and Li in Taipei, where she has practiced since 2015. Her practice focuses on cross-border investments, joint ventures, and M&A transactions. She also advises multinational and domestic clients on regulatory and commercial compliance matters and corporate governance in Taiwan, with industry experience spanning e-commerce, consumer electronics, semiconductors, and digital services. Judy holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and earned dual bachelor’s degrees in law and accounting from National Chengchi University. She is licensed to practice in both Taiwan and New York and has professional experience at White & Case in New York.
