Biography

Jean has authored several works on Luxembourg and international taxation. He chairs the scientific committee of the Luxembourg branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). He was a member of the Conseil de l’Ordre des Avocats (Council of the Bar Association) of Luxembourg and currently chairs the “taxation” committee of the Bar. The professional directories Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and ITR have respectively ranked Jean as "Star Individual", "Hall of Fame”, and "Highly regarded” in the field of taxation.
