Biography

Ms. Tsedey Girma Mengistu holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Tax Law from Uppsala University and was the second-place recipient of the 2023 IBA Young Lawyers Scholarship (Tax Committee). Combining expertise in international tax law with a strong interest in financial market regulation, she advises on the legal structures that facilitate investment, market growth, and economic development in Ethiopia.
