Justice Dr. Anthony DJ Gafoor is a Judge, Arbitrator and Mediator who is the Chief Judge/Chair of the Tax Appeal Court of Trinidad and Tobago (Superior Court of Record), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, a Certified Mediation Trainer, Certified Mediator (Civil and Family Mediation), Investor-State Mediation, Senior Lecturer, Mediation Studies as well as a Member of the Mid West Political Science Association USA, Caribbean Studies Association, the Association for Conflict Resolution, USA, the International Fiscal Association and the International Association of Tax Judges.
