Biography

Sy Nae KIM is a partner at Yulchon LLC, specializing in insolvency, corporate restructuring and cross-border disputes. She has more than a decade of experience in corporate restructuring and cross-border insolvency matters in and out of court. She also has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters that have cross-border elements. She has been recognized as Highly Regarded, Women Leaders in Restructuring and insolvency (2023) and Leading Lawyer, Restructuring and Insolvency (2024) by IFLR 1000, Next Generation Partner, Dispute Resolution (2023-2025) by Legal 500, and Future Star, Commercial and Transactions (2023-2025) by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific. She is a board member of the Insolvency Law Institute of Korea and a Co-Chair of IWIRC Korea Network.
