Biography

Saarah advises some of the largest and most prominent hedge funds, venture capital firms, family offices and other asset managers in their equity and debt investments into private companies using various investment strategies. She also advises venture-backed startup companies throughout their life cycles on corporate matters ranging from formation, governance, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
