Biography

A senior lawyer in the Life Sciences industry including at BioNTech, Kite/Gilead and Pfizer at a Global and International level since 2003. A specialist in all aspects of biopharmaceutical law and regulation including EMA, FDA and MHRA regulation, from discovery, pre-clinical and clinical to authorisation, product launch and commercialisation across a broad range of therapeutic areas including oncology, vaccines, anti-infectives, CV and pandemic products. Also with extensive experience of transactions, licensing and Alliance Management, AI and data, IVDs and devices, and the development and launch of autologous (CAR-T therapy) and personalised medicines. A commercially astute and strategic thinker with management and leadership experience. Confident in building and developing teams and governance structures, and in promoting process development and improvement. A regular speaker at industry conferences on topics such as Real-World Evidence, AI and IVDs / devices, unlicensed medicines, and obligations and incentives for orphan and paediatric products.
