Biography

A Corporate M&A and Financial Services lawyer, Mr Mínguez has close to 30 yrs of professional experience. Registered with the Madrid Bar and admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales, he joined Cuatrecasas in 2006 from the Bank of Spain and made partner in 2009. As one of the most acknowledged specialists in banking and financial matters in Spain, he primarily advises financial institutions, insurance companies, investors and other financial sector stakeholders in transactional matters but he covers also other forms of corporate advice, advisory work on complex regulatory matters and procedures.
