Biography

Offeibea Asante is a Ghanaian legal practitioner with over seven years of experience in corporate and commercial law, international trade and VC investments, regulatory compliance, due diligence and governance. She is currently the Head of Legal at Ernest Chemists Ltd, a pioneering Ghanaian pharmaceutical company. She was trained in the leading law firm Sam Okudzeto & Associates, with professional interests spanning strategic legal advisory, ESG and technology policy, international human rights, and corporate governance. Beyond legal practice, she has contributed to policy and conference initiatives through volunteer work with organizations such as the Ghana Bar Association, Institute of African Women in Law, and the International Bar Association. She is a cofounder of the ING Leaders Foundation, an educational and digital rights advocacy organization. Offeibea has also published academic work on labour law in Ghana and regularly engages in discussions on the evolving role of legal professionals in business and society.
