Biography

Casper Lindholm Dam deals with company law and commercial law and assists well-established Danish and international companies as well as start-ups within a broad range of commercial issues, including advice on establishment, restructuring, drafting of contracts, transactions and dispute resolutions. Casper has significant experience in regard to mergers & acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating NDAs, LOIs, Term Sheets and/or indicative bids, planning and performing legal due diligence on behalf of a seller or buyer, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including transfer agreements, shareholder agreements, incentive schemes, investment agreements, etc. Casper is also a litigator and conducts both court and arbitration proceedings in several areas of the law, in particular related to company law, M&A, disputes among owners and interpretation of commercial contracts. In 2021, he received the right to appear before the Danish High Courts. Moreover, Casper has significant experience regarding insolvency law. In 2016, Casper spent a year at UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, USA where he earned an LL.M. degree with a specialization in International Business and Trade as well as Venture Capital & Start-ups. Due to being fluent in Spanish, Casper also advises and assists Danish companies doing business in Latin America and Spain and vice versa.
