Emilio Bettoni
Biography
Emilio is a partner at ArbLit, where he specializes in commercial and investor-state arbitration, with a particular focus on disputes linked to Latin America. In addition to his counsel work, Emilio acted as secretary to arbitral tribunals in high-profile cases and has started to sit as arbitrator. Emilio is Co-Chair of IBA Arb40 and the Vice-President of the Italian Chapter of Club Español del Arbitraje, and has served as coordinator of CEA-40.
