Minas Khatchadourian

Biography

Minas Khatchadourian is an Arbitration practitioner based in the Gulf for more than 15 years. He holds a PhD. with honors in International Business Contracts from Montpellier University (France). He has worked on international complex arbitration cases under the ICC Rules, UNCITRAL, DIAC, CRCICA and QICCA. He sits regularly as arbitrator in disputes related to construction, energy, trade, real estate development, shipping and investment. He has published tens of articles related to Arbitration law and Practice in the GCC-MENA Jurisdictions. He has worked as General Counsel for the Qatar Conciliation and Arbitration Center since 2011. He is moving to private practice soon by founding 'Gulf-Med-Arb', a boutique legal consultancy firm specialised in ADR for the Gulf Countries.
