Guadalupe joins Lener in 2019 as director partner of the Financial and Tax area of the Barcelona office. With more than 15 years of experience practicing law and tax law in Cuatrecasas, Guadalupe has advised companies and private clients, specially focusing in the international field. She has broad experience advising international private clients, when migrating to Spain, structuring their net worth and ensuring that their preexisting structures, such as trusts, private foundations, etc. are tax efficient and compliant after migration.
