Vincent van der Lans

Biography

Vincent van der Lans heads the tax practice in Loyens & Loeff’s New York office, which provides Dutch and Luxembourg legal advice to US clients. Vincent specializes in international tax matters, particularly for US multinational corporations, financial institutions and investment firms. His work includes mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and fund structuring. He frequently acts as speaker at international tax seminars and conferences, including the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association, and he publishes regularly in tax literature. Vincent was recognized for his work by among others The Legal 500 and is quoted from time to time by Tax Analysts and International Tax Review regarding corporate tax developments in Europe.
