Biography

Simone is admitted to the Milan Bar. He graduated with a degree in Law from Bocconi University in 2014 and obtained an LL.M. in International Tax Law from WU - Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2018. He is currently a tax associate in the Tax and Tax Planning department of Chiomenti, Milan. His practice focuses on domestic and international tax issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financial transactions.
