Biography

Hamish is a corporate and international tax specialist advising Australian and multinational clients in the financial services, energy and resources, property and retail sectors. Hamish specialises in tax structuring for M&A and other corporate transactions, as well as inbound investments. In addition to his corporate and international tax experience, Hamish also advises on all aspects of employment taxes and employee benefits and incentives, and has extensive experience in assisting clients through tax audits and reviews. Hamish has spent time working with one of the UK's most prominent law firms, where he specialised in M&A and real estate securitisations, and is also a director of the Global Equity Organisation, a peak body dedicated to promoting employee share ownership throughout the world.
