Francesco Capitta

Biography

Francesco has significant experience in international and domestic tax matters. His expertise includes: M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, restructuring and financing transactions, financial instruments, private equity and real estate funds, real estate transactions, employee incentive plans. He has developed relevant experience also in relation to tax litigation regarding complex matters. Before joining Facchini Rossi Michelutti, he was partner at Macchi di Cellere Gangemi (2014-2019), Di Tanno e Associati (partner 2012-2014, associate 2000-2012). In 1999 he served as officer in Guardia di Finanza (the Italian Tax Police).
