Biography

Silviu Stratulat (Managing Partner / Head of Corporate, Commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions) Silviu Stratulat heads up the Corporate and M&A Group advising on all aspects of the private equity market, including venture and growth capital transactions, private equity buyouts, buy-and-build projects and exits and, in particular, advises technology and automotive companies from inception through M&A exits, initial public offerings and other growth opportunities. He is a recognised leader in late stage venture transactions and in early stage private equity transactions in Europe and the emerging markets, and has an in-depth industry knowledge and the ability to adapt market practice provisions and concepts to the Romanian legal environment. Silviu speaks Romanian, English, Italian, Spanish and French. Completing studies in several countries around the world, including the US, he has obtained a Law degree, an Economics degree, a Masters in European Law and Policy and a Masters in Business Law. Summary Silviu Stratulat is the Managing Partner of Romanian law firm Stratulat Albulescu, which he founded in 2011, and he is also Head of the Corporate and M&A Group taking a particular interest in the technology sector.
