Biography

Paul Cronheim is a corporate partner at Amsterdam based international firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Paul has handled a wide range of public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, auctions and joint ventures in the Netherlands and elsewhere, and is specialized in cross-border transactions. His practice also includes acting as regular outside counsel to both listed and private companies, and advising on corporate finance, corporate governance and shareholders issues. Paul has been admitted to practice law in New York and is an (inactive) member of the California Bar. Paul is member of various Netherlands, American and international bar associations and is Chairman of the Strategy Working Group of the LFMC of the IBA.
