Biography
Dagmar is the head of KŠB’s M&A practice and, as a fluent speaker of Italian, she heads KŠB’s Italian desk. Dagmar also focuses on corporate law, restructuring and competition. She has led KŠB’s transactions team in many domestic as well as international transactions related to various areas, including beverages, automotive, construction and energy. She has been repeatedly listed as an expert in M&A, corporate and restructuring by many rating directories (Chambers and Partners, IFLR 1000, Who’s Who Legal and Legal500). She has been selected four times as one of the most significant businesswomen in the Czech Republic in the prestigious TOP 25 Women of Czech Business.
