Biography

Martin Brodey heads the M&A and CEE desks of DORDA. His practice focuses on: M&A and restructurings, international transactions, corporate law and compliance. He has advised numerous international and domestic clients on a wide range of M&A transactions, including privatisations, in Austria, Central Europe and the Far East region and was retained as strategic lead counsel in sizeable M&A (and privatisation) projects. M&A transactions in which he was involved include projects in the banking, construction, energy, telecom, life sciences, IT and specialised industries sectors, distress M&A and corporate restructurings as well as private equity transactions.
