Biography

Mr. Castle is acting international tax and corporate transaction support area on DS Casahierro Abogados part of DS group a global law firm, providing tax, corporate and legal-financial advisory in different kind of industries and to commercial, infrastructure and M&A transactions for more than 25 years. He has collaborated with the issuance of several statutes applicable to the Peruvian tax, commercial, Public-Private Partnership and security market regulations to facilitate international investments. During the last years Mr. Castle has been involved in the tax and corporate planning and investment structures in the country and in the region for wealthy Peruvian and international private clients.
