Biography

Associate notary, Anne Guichard advises our French and English speaking clients and guides them through the twists and turns of international law. After studying international law and languages, a higher diploma from the Notariat delivered by the Panthéon-Assas University and a university diploma in wealth management from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, she is a recognized specialist in international situations and is therefore one of the rare notaries to have obtained the Specialization Certificate in private international law issued by the Superior Council of Notaries. She regularly intervenes at international conferences and was rapporteur for the 2018 Congress of the Young Notaries Movement on inheritance conflicts for all the part relating to international movements. She advises an international clientele during an installation in France or a real estate acquisition in France, a departure abroad, in the preparation of international successions and in their settlement. His excellent technical knowledge of these subjects and his contacts made in international files and in his conferences allows him to work in a team with foreign lawyers or French tax specialists to provide tailor-made solutions.
