Biography

Mörk Murdock is a corporate partner in the Tokyo office of Squire Patton Boggs. He has extensive experience acting on cross-border acquisitions and transactions, advising Japanese multinational companies on corporate and M&A transactions. Mörk is recognized as a Leading Individual for Corporate/M&A in the Chambers Global and Chambers Asia Pacific guides. Prior to joining our Tokyo office, he led the Japan M&A practice for a global law firm in Tokyo. Mörk is a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association.
