Kuniko Torayama

Biography

Kuniko Torayama is the head of Global Legal Operations in the Legal Department of DIC Corporation, a fine chemicals company listed in Japan with a top share in printing inks, organic pigments and PPS compounds in the global market and operations in over 60 countries. Kuniko directs and leads cross-border M&As as well as group-wide governance and compliance projects for DIC. In addition, she now heads its Human Resources Strategy Department. Kuniko is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and is admitted to the California State Bar.
