Biography

Kritika is a senior associate in the South-East Asia disputes team at Herbert Smith Freehills in Singapore. She has worked on arbitrations under the ICC Rules, SIAC Rules, LCIA Rules, various other regional rules as well as adhoc arbitrations with seats in Singapore, London, Thailand, Indonesia etc. She has a specific focus on India-related disputes and arbitration along with being involved on multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes around the APAC region. Kritika is a regular speaker at conferences and a contributor to leading publications on dispute management and arbitration. Kritika spent over a year on client secondment to a major technology client and worked in its litigation and disputes management team.
