Biography

Rachel is a Partner in Clyde & Co’s tax group based in the Dubai office. She leads the firm’s Middle East tax practice and advises clients on a wide range of tax matters including international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, inward investment, IP planning, real estate transactions and restructurings.
