Biography

Laetitia Fracheboud is a Swiss certified tax expert and has been an associate with the tax department of Homburger AG since 2018. Her practice focuses on corporate and international tax law, in particular on reorganizations, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and tax litigation. She is a member of the Homburger real estate practice group.
