Biography

Ms. Jisun Choi is a Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, which has a Band 1 recognition in Chambers Global for Global Tax. Ms. Choi works on cross-border and domestic U.K. corporate and financing tax matters, both transactional and advisory, for a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions. She regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganisations and restructurings and has been named a Rising Star in The Legal 500 UK 2022.
