Jan Ollila

Biography

Jan Ollila is known for advising corporate clients, private equity houses and financial institutions on public and private M&A, finance and capital markets transactions and on disputes in relation thereto. He acts as arbitrator and mediator in domestic and cross-border commercial disputes. He was the Managing Partner of the firm during 2007 – 2014 and is the Senior Partner since 2015.
