Biography

Aseem Chawla is Member of Bar Council of India, and Fellow Chartered Accountant and Certificate Holder of Comparative Tax Policy & Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. He has extensive experience in advising on a variety of tax matters including international tax, cross border investment structuring, GST (Goods and Service Tax) Advisory & Implementation and has been consistently representing clients in tax appeals, litigation and contentious matters and well regarded for estate & succession planning, Trusts & Private Clients including advising family offices & trustees, high net-worth individuals and families. Aseem is currently Secretary of Taxes Committee of IBA & involved in leadership capacity of various professional bodies.
