Biography

Mark van Casteren is a tax partner with Loyens & Loeff, heading the Transfer Pricing & Economics group in the Amsterdam office. The Transfer Pricing & Economics group services clients on pricing issues all over the world, not just within Loyens’ 4 home markets. Mark has a strong focus on North American clients. After becoming a partner in 2001, he headed Loyens & Loeff’s New York office from 2001 until 2005. Since 2016 he focuses primarily on all pricing aspects of MNE’s and internationally operating investment funds, including the pricing of intra-group services, financing transactions, guarantees, business restructurings and all questions related to the application of the arm’s length principle.
