Biography
Max is head of M&A for Latin America. He joined Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Max held different investment banking positions in London and New York. Most recently, he worked at Morgan Stanley as head of the Andean Region and Latin America Consumer/ Retail Investment Banking. Throughout his career, Max announced more than 50 M&A transactions. Max earned a BA from San Andrews College in Argentine and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
