Biography

Senthil is a Partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP with over 20 years’ experience of restructuring and turnaround having worked in the retail industry, serving as a restructuring adviser and as a senior restructuring banker. He advises creditors, directors, shareholders, government stakeholders, CROs and security trustees in relation to listed and PE-backed companies across a range of sectors and complex debt structures. He specialises in coordinating complex transactions and advises on restructuring options, independent business reviews and fairness opinions on transactions to maximise outcome, as well as, mitigate financial and reputational risk.
