Judith Alison Lee
Biography
Judith Alison Lee is a partner and Co-Chair of the International Trade Regulation and Compliance Practice Group in the Washington, DC office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. Her areas of expertise include: economic sanctions and embargoes, export controls, FCPA and CFIUS. She also advises on virtual and digital currency issues. She has been recognized by Chambers Global as a Leading Lawyer for USA International Trade in Export Controls, Economic Sanctions and FCPA, and by Chambers USA as a Leading International Trade Lawyer every year since 2007. She is a former Co-Chair of the Export Controls, Sanctions and Anti-Corruption Subcommittee of the IBA, and a former Co-Chair of the ABA’s Export Controls and Embargoes Committee.
