Rachel Eng

Biography

Rachel ENG is the Managing Director of Eng and Co. LLC, a Singapore law firm which is part of the network of member firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited. Prior to this, she was deputy chairman of a major law firm in Singapore. As a corporate lawyer, she is involved in corporate advisory, M&A, listings, corporate governance, funds and REITs work. Rachel is a member of the national Committee on the Future Economy formed by the Singapore Government. She is also a member of the Corporate Governance Council established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Rachel was awarded "Managing Partner of the Year" at the ALB SEA Law Awards 2011 and 2013, making her the first person to win twice in the award's history.
