Yves Klein

Biography

Yves Klein is an international asset recovery lawyer, partner at Monfrini Bitton Klein, Geneva, Switzerland. His main activity is litigating and coordinating transnational asset recovery proceedings before civil, criminal and bankruptcy courts on behalf of victims of economic crimes. He was chair of the IBA Asset Recovery Subcommittee from 2016 to 2017. He received Who’s Who Legal Asset Recovery Lawyer of the Year Award in 2019, 2022 and 2023. He is top ranked by Chambers and Partners in Asset Tracing and Recovery since 2019. He is also active in anti-corruption investigations and in offshore litigation, such as the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, the obtaining of evidence and the freezing of assets concealed in Switzerland and abroad.
