Peter Haas

Biography

Peter Haas is a founding partner of Eversheds Sutherland in Switzerland and managing partner since September 2013. His practice areas are national and international litigation as well as contract law. Peter has a particular expertise in insurance and liability matters. His prior experience includes several years as an in-house counsel in the claims department of one of the largest Swiss insurance companies and also as an associate attorney in a business law firm. He is the head of the insurance team (including social insurance) at Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland. Peter studied Law at the University of Berne. He holds an LL.M. in European law, private international law and arbitration from the University of Essex (UK).
