Biography
Marc Hilber is specialised in advising companies on technology related transactions, and in particular on joint ventures as well as outsourcing and software development projects. He advises on contract structuring for outsourcing and cloud computing, on software projects, e-commerce and on data protection law. According to the “Kanzleimonitor” law firm survey conducted by the Federal Association of Corporate Lawyers [Bundesverband für Unternehmensjuristen, BUJ], Marc ranks among the most recommended German IT lawyers in Germany. He is also recommended by name in the JUVE Handbook German Commercial Law Firms. The US-American publishing company Best Lawyers named him “Lawyer of the Year” in 2017 and, in 2019, the German economic journal Wirt
