Biography

Maxim Alekseyev is a co-founder and Senior partner of ALRUD, head of ALRUD tax and private client practices. He is acknowledged as the leading Russian expert in both domestic and international tax issues. Mr. Alekseyev's experience includes advising world-leading companies on a wide range of tax issues such as tax structuring, international taxation, and tax disputes. Maxim Alekseyev manages a number of innovative and precedent establishing tax projects and has an outstanding expertise in tax issues arising from restructuring procedures. He has a proven track-record in advising individual private investors with respect to various tax matters arising from all sorts of transactions.
