Ivo Leenders

Biography

Ivo Leenders is as partner specialized in criminal (financial and tax) law, white collar crime cases, procedures about the international exchange of information, tax and penalty procedures (procedural law) and recovery procedures against the tax collection service. Ivo regularly gives lectures, as well as teaching criminal tax law to Master’s students at Tilburg University and procedural law (as a guest lecturer) at Maastricht University. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the Dutch Tax Attorneys Association (NVAB), the Dutch Tax Studies Association and the International Bar Association. He is an officer on the IBA’s Business Crime Committee.
