Diana is the founder of Diana Hamade Attorneys at Law in Association with EKP (formerly known as IALS )a private practice law firm focusing on high-end cross-border litigation in commercial, civil and estate law with a focus on family businesses and family law. She is a UAE lawyer with rights of audience before all UAE Courts including DIFC Courts.She also serves as vice-chair of the IBA Arab Regional Forum.Diana is a Civil & Sharia Law Expert and is nominated and appointed as an arbitrator and expert before tribunals,local & international courts.Diana is hosted as a legal expert at events locally & internationally and contributes to legal journals and publications, including her own column, LegallyStylish, on contemporary legal issues
