Luciana Gonçalves Bassani

Biography

Luciana Bassani is a partner in the firm Gameleira Pelagio Fabião Bassani Advogados. Graduated in law at the University of São Paulo, Postgraduate in law and economics by Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Specialized in contracts by the Centro de Extensão Universitária, São Paulo. She coordinates the corporate and contract area of the firm, focusing on closed-held corporations, limited liability companies, family holdings and startups. She coordinates corporate M&A operations, as well as commercial transactions, including franchising and IP arrangements . She has been several times cited by the international publication Who's Who Legal for her performance in the franchise area and was the Co-Chair of the IFC of IBA in 2020/2021. Fluent in English and French.
