Olivier De Baecque

Biography

Olivier de Baecque specializes in art law. He represents galleries, artists and their estates, in copyrights, authenticity issues, sales, trust and estate, restitution and all issues related to art and the art market. He publishes law review articles and teaches art law at the Ecole du Louvre and University Paris I. He also is deeply involved in matters dealing with copyrights, trademark law (registrations, portfolio audits and litigation). and new technologies (for internet service providers, online businesses, search engines, advertisement departments and content providers), fashion, apparel and design (for clothing luxury product manufacturers and designers). His legal services include both litigation and legal counseling.
