Susan Dunn

Biography

Susan Dunn is one of the world's leading experts in litigation and arbitration funding and is widely credited with launching third party funding in the UK. Since 2002, she has overseen the funding of over 150 cases, totalling over £3bn in claim value. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has worked as a commercial litigator in both the UK and the US. In 2007, she co-founded Harbour which pioneered third party funding globally and has funded disputes under 4 arbitral rules and in 13 jurisdictions. Susan leads a growing team in London and Hong Kong. Harbour is a founding member of the Association of Litigation Funders and Susan was a driving force on its Working Party responsible for drafting and implementing its Code of Conduct.
