I am the Director of Customer Success and Engagement at LexisNexis UK. I am also the Executive Sponsor for LexisNexis UK's Rule of Law and CSR Programmes. A lawyer by background, I have taken a short time away from Legal (after 4 years as UK GC) to gain more experience in a mainstream business role. Long term, I look forward to combining my knowledge and experience as a lawyer with the skills gained during my current positions. In my current role, I lead LNUK's CSE department, a team of c.40 people, is made up of the pre-sales Customer Engagements Team, our On-Boarding function, our post-sale desk- and field-based Customer Success teams. Placing customer experience at the heart of what we do, the CSE teams play a critical function in delivering value for our customers. I joined LexisNexis in November 2012 after 2½ years at Barclays as in-house counsel. Prior to Barclays, I spent 7 years in private practice in a top tier London law firm.
