Mariette has extensive experience in international commercial real estate transactions representing developers, owners, contractors, institutional investors, financial institutions and (ultra) high net worth individuals in major development projects as shopping centers, industrial facilities (co-generation, industrial heavy plants), inner city redevelopment, office buildings, renewable energy projects, airports, rail and road infrastructure, utility project finance and PFI infrastructure.
